Medium Regular Features SEABEES stencil. Overall, there are stains and dirt. The Velcro on the left sleeve is peeling off; repair is recommended. The hood zipper is chipped, and while it can be opened and closed, it catches. The front zipper functions without issue. Please check the photos.
