This is a VOX pedal tuner. It's a high-precision tuner with ±0.02 cent accuracy and true bypass. The manual states that the instrument's sound is muted when the tuner is turned ON, but in reality, there's a "pop...pop..." noise (although the sound itself is muted). Operation has been confirmed, and the external condition is as shown in the photos. The manual (photo 6) will be included, and it will be shipped in the original box (photo 7).
