Both the sleeves and hem are single-stitched, so it's estimated to be from the 80s or 90s. I apologize if I'm mistaken(^^; There is no tag, so I don't know the country of origin or material, but the fabric is a little thin and soft. I've worn it quite a bit, so it has a corresponding amount of wear, but miraculously, there are no holes or tears, and it's in good condition. It was stored rolled up, so there are creases in the photos. The size is about men's S. Please check the actual measurements below. Length 62cm, width 45cm, sleeve length 18cm, shoulder width 40cm.
