This is a Saviem ceremony suit. It's a set with a lovely tweed jacket with frills and a matching dress. It's useful to have one for events like Shichi-Go-San (Children's Day), graduation ceremonies, and entrance ceremonies. The collar of the dress appears slightly faded.
