I purchased this around 2009 and used it for 2-3 years, but it's been stored away for about 10 years. The elastic has stretched, and it's a little roomy for a recent box of tissues (197mm tall x 207mm wide). Rilakkuma's height is about 12cm, and the width of his head is about 11cm. ⚠️ Box tissues are not included. This is an old item, so there are some stains and pilling.
