The fabric doesn't let wind through, so it's also useful as a light jacket when it's chilly. The inner fabric is cotton, making it comfortable and warm. The sleeves have Velcro closures. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, and it's in clean condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It has been disinfected and washed.
