This is an antique child's otaiko obi (sash). It's gorgeous and has bells attached. It's quite old. There are some moth-eaten spots. The ribbon part is faded. The cords have deteriorated with age. As this is an old item, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things or are looking for something in new condition.
