This is a gentle tsumugi (pongee) with a kasuri (ikat) pattern on a white background. It's comfortable to wear and can be worn in any season. This piece has an atmosphere reminiscent of Ryukyu kasuri and Kumejima kasuri. The hakake (lining) intentionally uses a boke (gradation) of tsumugi. This was passed down from my mother and altered to my measurements.
