You can tighten it with the drawcord! This is a nylon jacket printed with the logo of the Inachuu Ping Pong Club. The color is navy. It's a product from about 27 years ago. I bought it at an apparel shop called Takakyu back then. I kept it in the closet without wearing it much. There are white stains inside. Please check the images. The logo print part is also still white, and the fabric is firm without being sticky, so you can still wear it. It has an oversized design.
