This is a sheer tulle skirt from Simplicite. The front of the waistband is not elastic, so you can tuck in your top and still look chic, not too casual. The length is about 80cm, and the waist is elastic and stretches. I received this unworn, thinking of wearing it to a party, but I only tried it on. It appears to be in good condition, with no noticeable flaws. I have a pet. Please understand this before purchasing.
