These are loafers/slip-ons from SCOOTER Paris. SCOOTER Paris is famous for its accessories, but they also made women's shoes. It seems they are no longer in production. The retail price was probably around 10,000 yen. There are minor scratches and light stains. The rubber on the front is not stretched.
