This is a cel used for filming for an actual TV broadcast. It's in its original Toei Animation sales condition, and probably because it's a large size, it has been cut and the tabs are missing. No animation. Hand-drawn BG (background), stuck to the cel. Size: Approximately 230 x 270mm. I don't think there are any particularly noticeable scratches, but it's old, so there may be small dents or minor paint peeling, which is normal. Please refrain from purchasing if you are particular about these details.
