Both controllers have been tested and confirmed to power on and charge! These are wireless controllers specifically for the PS3. They are not being sold separately. There are no noticeable scratches or stains. They are very clean and in good condition (^-^) The buttons feel normal when pressed. The analog sticks also work fine♪ There are no rattling sounds from inside the controllers when shaken! We are a non-smoking household and have no pets.
