Price not negotiable. This Columbia snow wear is size 3T. The length can be adjusted with the Velcro on the shoulders. There is some wear on the sleeves. There is dirt on the inside hem of the jacket. Although there is some wear and tear, the fabric is sturdy and can be used for playing in the snow.
