Regarding the condition, this item was removed and stored previously. It was working before removal, but it is a home-stored item by an amateur, so there may be oversights. I hope you understand. The output was different from my other bass, so I replaced it with another one for easier use, and this became unnecessary. If you wish, I will include the wiring diagram I made when I removed it.
