I purchased this in a store a few years ago. These are wide-leg pants with an elastic waistband, size M. The color is navy, and I think the first and second photos are closest to the actual color. Upon inspection, there is some fading in places due to wear, but I don't think it's very noticeable when worn. I would appreciate it if you could understand that this is a used item.
