When held up to the light, faint scratches can be seen on the sides of the face. They didn't show up in the images. I don't think they are on the most noticeable parts of the face. There is some faint color transfer and scratches on the back of the head. There are faint scratches and what appear to be black dots on the body. The hands are gripping hands. Since it has been customized, I have selected "Used - with some scratches and dirt."
