These are 18cm formal shoes. They are black formal shoes with Velcro closures and non-slip soles for safety. They are also very lightweight, so my son, who dislikes tight shoes, was able to wear them. As shown in the photos, there are two areas that appear to be scuffed, but one is hidden by the Velcro.
