I am a smoker. The item has been laundered. I purchased this at a used clothing store quite a while ago. I haven't worn it much and it's been stored in a drawer. There's a feeling of wear, but I think it's still wearable. The seam on the left shoulder is slightly open, but there are no holes. The size is marked as M, but it may actually be a size S, or possibly a women's size.
