In the home country, these are dinner plates, one per person, but please also use them as serving plates. Unlike the typical traditional shape, these Windsor-shaped plates are thick and have some height. At the time of sale, the sales pitch was that this design was used on the Sequoia, the yacht for successive presidents, and that Churchill and Roosevelt planned the war on this ship.
