This studded loop holder is made with Tochigi Leather (cowhide), the highest quality domestic leather with a proven track record. Using only natural ingredients, it undergoes a full vegetable tanning process. Compared to cheaper chrome tanning, which uses chemicals, this method allows for a lustrous and deep color change over time. The leather color is black. Due to the natural materials, the color density may vary depending on the leather. The loop holder is approximately 26mm wide and 180mm long (excluding the hardware), and about 85mm when folded. It can be removed with a hook-and-eye closure. It can be attached to belts up to 45mm wide. The studs are two-prong round head spots and acrylic color spots (turquoise color) from Standard Rivet Co., which has over 100 years of history in America. The studs are made of brass with nickel plating. Please note that minor scratches may occur during the handmade production process. Tanning with tannins generally results in a firm finish, but the fibers loosen with use, and the leather develops character the more it is used. As the leather uses natural materials processed from animal skin, the surface of the leather has various traces that the animal had when it was alive.
