This is a Sara Lanzi Italian-made sheer shirt with a dot pattern and an all-over print, featuring a stand collar and made of silk and wool. The color is ivory-leaning white. Size is M. Shoulder width: approximately 47cm, Body width: approximately 66cm, Length: approximately 75cm, Sleeve length: approximately 62cm. I purchased this a few years ago. In Japan, this brand is available at limited stores such as Comme des Garçons, IENA, Bshop, and Beams. The sleeves originally do not have buttons, and I believe the design is intended to be worn rolled up. It has a large fit and a relaxed silhouette. It is a mixed material of cotton, silk, and wool. There is a slight yellowing in the area shown in the 4th image.
