I purchased this about two years ago and used it for less than a year. After moving, I didn't have a place to put it, so I stored it away. It's relatively clean, but there are two spots of stubborn dirt on the back (see the last photo). All accessories are included (I might even have extra screws), but the remote control does not have batteries. Please note that you will need two AAA manganese dry cell batteries separately. I have another one of the same model, and it worked fine after the move, so I believe this one should be okay, but I haven't been able to confirm its operation before listing it. If you purchase this, please check if it works after installation and then leave your feedback. Thank you.
