I used it once for a short time after purchase, but haven't used it since, so it's been in storage and is almost as good as new. There are no major scratches or chips. The rod bag and warranty card are included. The blacked-out area on the warranty card in the image is the store name. The card itself has not been blacked out, and I haven't even opened the bag, so please rest assured.
