This is a N-gauge KATO Legend Collection Odakyu Romance Car NSE 3100 series 11-car set. This is the type before the air conditioning was added. I purchased it new and stored it in a dark place at home. Since it is new and has not been run, the motor and lights have not been checked. All accessories are included and unused. As it is an old product, there are some minor scratches on the outer box due to aging.
