Apparently, the waist size was a little large for them, so they added some Velcro and sewed it on themselves. They said that if the tape isn't needed, it can be removed and it will be fine, and then they gave it to me. I have not had the opportunity to wear it since receiving it, and it has been stored at home. Although I am not a professional inspector, it appears to be free of stains and tears at a glance. Since this item has been in someone else's possession once, it is not brand new, even though I have not worn it since receiving it. Please understand and agree to this before purchasing.
