Everything in the photos is included. I purchased this used almost 10 years ago and have barely used it, only for light sound checks in my room at home. It worked perfectly fine when I did use it. I've never had the opportunity to use it in a studio or live performance at high volumes, so there shouldn't be any deterioration caused by use.
