The size is XL, but it's a bit small, so I, a high school student, couldn't wear it. I think it would be a good fit for elementary school students! It comes with shorts to wear under the skirt, and the ribbon is detachable. The price is the current discounted price, so it's cheaper than buying it on the website because of the shipping costs.
