1949 Red Army chrome leather boots. The soles have been half-soled with rubber. The heel rubbers have also been replaced. There are some damages such as shaft scratches on the inside of the right side and dents on the heel (see photos). It is not so damaged that it would hinder normal wear. The leather condition is unbelievably good for being over 70 years old, and the leather used is of a much higher grade than similar boots from the 60s and later. The size is Russian standard width 41, so EU42, US 9D, UK 8, and in Japan, it's about 26 for leather shoes and 27 for sneakers. The fit is very good, with the arch of the foot being tightened and the toes being wide... however, as is often the case with old Soviet shoes, sometimes the tips of nails come out of the sole, so we recommend using insoles when using them for things like airsoft.
