A light outerwear is easy to adjust with, so I think it's useful in the spring and at this time of year. Even though it's thin, it blocks the wind and I think it can handle a little rain. It's also compact to carry around, so it doesn't take up much space. The color and design are simple, so I think it will go with any outfit.
