I purchased this item second-hand. It has a large floral pattern and is made in Japan with sturdy construction. It is also lined. It comes with a ribbon, but there's no designated place to thread it through. You can tie it in the front or the back, or wear it without the ribbon. There are pockets on both sides. There are repaired areas of fraying on the sleeves and the hem of the skirt. The hem of the skirt is partially frayed. There is no size label, so I think it's probably a size 9 (Japanese).
