This is a Catherine Cottage light blue dress, size 120. It has many ribbons and is fluffy, resembling Alice in Wonderland. I wore it for a piano recital and a birthday. The pearl ribbon at the neckline and the ribbon at the waist are attached with safety pins, and I liked the position, so I left them on. Removing them will likely leave small holes (see photo 3). I remember the ribbons on the hem were originally sewn loosely, and were hand-stitched like this (see photo 4). I thought they might come off if caught, so I reinforced the back with hand stitching. It's not noticeable at all when worn, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the sewing. I was obsessed with light blue at the time, and I have fond memories of being overjoyed with this very cute dress. It's now too small for me, so I hope someone else will wear it.
