This item was found in my husband's family's chest of drawers. My mother-in-law bought it for my husband when he was young, but she said he never used it. It's an accessory for a Japanese kimono. I think it might be something for a haori (kimono jacket). It's an old item, about 30 years old. I will pack and ship it, excluding the plastic container it's in. Thank you for your understanding.
