This is a soft case for a Fender bass. It was an accessory when I purchased a used Fender bass about 10 years ago. I didn't use it much myself because I was using a different case at the time, so it was just sitting at home. There is no major damage, and the zippers seem to open and close without any problems. However, it seems that the part that comes into contact with the strap pin on the lower part of the body is slightly worn, possibly from the previous owner's use. There are some fine fibers inside. Although it doesn't seem to be a major problem in use, please forgive any dirt or fraying of the threads due to the age of the case.
