This is a regional WAON card. It can be used at Aeon stores nationwide. I opened it to look at the contents when I bought it, and have kept it stored ever since. The following is quoted from the official website: To commemorate the Ise-Shima Summit, the local WAON "Ise-Shima WAON 2016" was issued. Aeon supports the Mie Prefectural Council for the Ise-Shima Summit, which will be held in May of this year, and also supports Mie Prefecture, the host of the summit. From Thursday, April 7th, which is the week before the 50th day before the summit, the local WAON "Ise-Shima WAON 2016" will be issued to commemorate the summit and to promote tourism and regional development in the Ise-Shima region. The card design uses the work "Sea Space '07" by Kenji Yoshida, a copperplate artist living in Ise-Shima, who continues to depict "Ama" (female divers), a symbol of Ise-Shima. Mr. Yoshida's "Ama" design expresses "the sea is the entrance to the universe, and the sea is the source of all 'life'" and "Ama (women) always illuminate the universe."
