This is a front rack from SURLY. I used it 2-3 times for bicycle camping, but I'm selling it because I switched to a different front rack. There are minor scratches on the mounting hardware and where pannier bag hooks were attached, but there are no major scratches or distortions, and I think it's generally in good condition.
