Thank you for viewing. While there is some peeling of the print, there are no issues with the operation. I believe all the accessories are included, but the adapter may not be the original. It's a center-positive 9V adapter, so it works without problems, but please be aware of this. This was my favorite reverb unit, which I used the most, but I'm selling it to declutter. Thank you.
