I ordered this from the official manufacturer at my regular hair salon at the end of August and purchased it in mid-September, but I no longer need it because I recently got a very short haircut. I am a registered member, so it comes with a 2-year warranty. If it breaks down during the warranty period, please ship it to my address, and I will request repairs from the repair center. If that's acceptable, I will need your address, name, and contact information. I will also provide mine. I paid with a credit card, and I have a PDF printout. The total was ¥329,780. The hair dryer was initially scratched, so I had it replaced. Therefore, the product registration for the iron is August 31st, and for the hair dryer, it's September 26th, as it was shipped directly. I've only used both about 3 times. The iron has some scratches, although they are not very noticeable. I've included pictures. It makes your hair silky smooth and shiny!
