I bought this at a select shop when my son was born. It's foreign-made (I think it was from Spain), so I'm not sure about the size, but my son, who was a big baby, wore it from the newborn stage. I think it's probably 60-70. He outgrew it quickly, so there's hardly any dirt or stains. The inside closure uses snap buttons instead of strings, so it's quick to put on.
