Joe Styles, also known for the 2009 work "BUDASTYLES Classics" (JSPCDK-1002) under the name Budamunky & Joe Styles, which is now discontinued, has released a limited edition album of 500 copies!! This work, known as the "Work Ethic Mixtape," is a collection of recordings Joe Styles made before 2006 at the homes of BudaMunk, Dibiase, and others, featuring both completed songs and unreleased rare rough tracks. Most of the beats are by Joe Styles himself, but BudaMunk, Dibiase, N/A, Laidlaw, Emphasis, and others also participated in production. MCs from his crew Soul Jugglerz are featured, including his cousin Soul, who also participated in the US-only release "Melodical era" 10 years ago, OYG (Keentokers / Soul Jugglerz / Down North Camp), who released an album in Japan this February, and Laidlaw, Chali 2na's brother. Joe Styles is an MC from Los Angeles who began his career around his mid-teens with Laidlaw and others. He released his solo album "Melodical Era" in 2002. Later, he began working with BudaMunk, OYG, and others as Keentokers and Soul Jugglerz. In 2009, he released the album "Budastyles Classics," recorded around 2004 with BudaMunk, on Jazzy Sport. He also participated in Green Butter's album "Get Mad Relax.
