Brand new, unused. Brand: Claire's I bought these intending to use them for a photoshoot for the Hinamatsuri (Doll Festival) with my sisters, but I didn't end up using them and they've been stored at home. They are the elastic type, so I think even babies with small heads can use them♪. They are very cute, with white and pink!
