This is a hexagonal box pedestal that can be used for New Year's, the Doll Festival (Hina Matsuri), and the Boys' Festival (Tango no Sekku). You can use the red pedestal for Hina dolls and the green pedestal for the Boys' Festival. Even after the New Year's zodiac animals are put away, you can enjoy displaying your Hina dolls and Boys' Festival dolls on it. When finished, it can be stored inside the box for convenient storage. The hexagonal pedestal has a calm patterned ungen edge and is luxuriously finished with gold string. Because it was a beautiful box, I remade something I had carefully stored into a pedestal. Therefore, it is listed as "like new." It is a very sturdy, thick box, but it is not a wooden box.
