C Yard Balloon Skirt This skirt has a unique and very voluminous design. It's made by connecting and sewing together a generous amount of fabric, giving it a lot of flare. Is it the front or the back? It has an elastic waistband, so I think it can be worn either way. It has pockets (photos ③-⑤). I wore it once and have kept it in the closet, so it's still in good condition.
