※Please read the entire description first. This is a replica of Obi-Wan's lightsaber from Star Wars Episode III. Personally, I think it's the coolest lightsaber Obi-Wan uses in the series. This is a removable lightsaber sold by Hasbro at the time, where the hilt and blade separate. Unfortunately, it's no longer officially sold, making it very rare. Since the rights were transferred to Master Replicas, removable versions have not been produced, so many people are looking for them. I understand that the type with a removable blade is now only available as unofficial custom lightsabers. While removable versions of Luke and Vader's lightsabers are relatively easy to find, I feel that the Episode III Obi-Wan removable version is less common. After searching for new ones, the price shown in the image seems to be the highest (currently 402,586 yen for new, 291,480 yen for used). The accessories are missing the box and instructions, but it includes the hilt, blade, a part to cover the hole when the blade is removed, a stand, and an adapter to hang it on your belt. Regarding the condition, it's been over 10 years, so there are some minor scratches. I have not used this for dueling. I purchased it for display. I tested the lights for functionality when listing it, and it lights up without any problems. The sound response is inferior to the non-removable blade type from Master Replicas, but it's not muffled, and the sound comes out clearly. Those familiar with removable lightsabers will understand that due to aging, there can be slight plastic warping and oxidation at the metal contact points between the hilt and blade, which can affect the connection. It seems that the same can be said for items sold at high prices on Rakuten, etc., as they are also old. Improvements include inserting a packing gasket at the base of the blade and applying a conductive material to the electrical contacts. I have made a homemade rubber packing gasket. This is a used item and a collectible from a certain era, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to imperfections or seek perfection.
