This is a knit top I purchased from CELFORD a few years ago. It has a boat neck, so the neckline is open, but it wasn't a problem when I wore a camisole underneath. The fabric on the shoulders was very cute. It's pure white. I don't think there are any stains, but please be aware of this if you are concerned. I don't remember the retail price, but I think it was around 10,000 yen. Shipping may be delayed if it falls around the end of the year. Sorry.
