Old gachapon item. This is a mini figure of Hibari in the guise of an Okkiki (detective) in collaboration with CCG. I got a duplicate, so I didn't open it. It was kept in a capsule in a dark place, so there may be some age-related deterioration. Since it's an old item and there are no replacements, I cannot address initial defects. Please understand this before purchasing.
