Custom-made boots from a suit shop. I usually wear 27cm shoes. For reference, I've included my foot size measured on ZOZO. I'm selling these because I no longer wear them. The heels are a bit high, so I think they make your legs look longer. There is a scratch on the inside of the right boot, as shown in the fifth picture. They were made in Japan. (I don't remember exactly, but I think it was in the Tohoku region.)
