This is director Shinya Sadamitsu's "BIRTH" featuring the art of Mr. Yoshinori Kanada. This is a postcard set sold at the time of the film's release. Since it's unopened, the designs on the cards other than the front are unknown. The number of cards included is also unknown. Judging from the side, it looks like there are at least 5.
