The dial is ivory, with an anchor below the 12 o'clock position and "BALBOA" printed at the 6 o'clock position. Roman numerals are used for the indices, giving it a sharp overall impression. This is an antique watch. Operation has been confirmed. Manual winding. I have taken a video of the watch in operation for claims purposes. The case has some peeling, but it will be included.
