Purchased from a domestic select shop and only worn for about 10 minutes during a photoshoot. There are no noticeable stains or damage, but a thread is loose from the pom-pom from the beginning. I think it's fine to cut it, but I will ship it as is. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
